Born in Caltavuturo (PA) on 1 July 1967.
J.D. at the University of Palermo on 6 December 1990.
Registered with the Bar since 26 May 1994.
Admitted to the Italian Suprem Court.
On 5 January 1995 he established with Mr. Giovanni Babino, attorney at law, the Babino & Falcone Law Firm, which later became Babino, Falcone & Falcone Avvocati Associati when new partners joined the firm.
Over the years he has dealt with civil law, corporate law, bankruptcy law, employement law and in particular cases relating to workplace accidents, and banking law. He has been appointed legal adviser by the Judges of the Bankruptcy Court of Milan in several bankruptcy cases with the assignment to provide assistance in court and out of court and to counsel before courts.
He has participated in several arbitration cases as counsel to the parties and as member of the Arbitration Panel.
He has been a speaker in several legal conferences on bankruptcy law.
Member of the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of the Banca P.M.I. S.p.a. of Bergamo.
