J.D. at the University of Palermo on 23 March 1982 (magna cum laude).
From 1982 to 1986 he worked at the law firm of Mr. Riccardo Mancuso Lo Sardo, attorney at law and ordinary professor of navigation law and associate professor of commercial law at the University of Palermo.
Admitted to the Bar since 29 May 1986.
Admitted to the Italian Suprem Court.
From 1 June 1986 to 31 December 1994 he exercised the profession of attorney at his own law firm. He assisted companies both in court and out of court.
On 5 January 1995 he established with Mr. Bartolomeo Falcone the Babino & Falcone Law Firm, which later became Babino, Falcone & Falcone Avvocati Associati when new partners joined the firm.
Registered Office in Milan.
For more than thirty years he has also been a lawyer in international litigations and in trials before the Italian Courts, Courts of Appeal and Supreme Court, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
He deals with Italian and international commercial law, company law, intellectual property, international successions and the establishment of Trust, maritime and air navigation law.
Responsible for the foreign sector, he also held positions as general attorney for dealing with the succession of foreign citizens domiciled in Italy and Italian citizens not domiciled in Italy, but with real estate that was part of the estate and located in Italy.
Member of IGAL (Intercontinental Group of Accountants and Lawyers).
Member of the Congress of Fellows of the Center for International Legal Studies (Salzburg, Austria).
