Born in Caltavuturo (PA) on 24 March 1958.
J.D. at the University of Palermo, on 22 March 1982.
Admitted to the Bar in 1985.
Admitted to appear before the Italian Supreme Court.
His main areas of practice revolves around both Tax Law (Criminal aspects) and Administrative Law, in particular he advises public entities carrying out both in court and out of court legal activity. He is an expert of the implementation and the application of the Bassanini Law.
Since 1984 he has been in charge as public officer in different public entities.
