One of the most famous buyers was George Clooney but, after him, so many people have been attracted to the lake houses of the Italian lakes.

In the last two years, requests for the purchase of land and houses near Lake Maggiore, Lake Garda, Lake of Como, have increased by 105,36%.

Buying a house or a land in Italy seems simple but there may be unpleasant surprises.
