Negotiation (letter of intent, confidentiality agreement), drafting and review of contracts relating to international sales and purchase in its various forms, including long term supply agreements, licensing and technology transfer agreements (both within the European Union and outside the EU ), joint venture contracts, agency agreements, distributorship agreements, consignment stock agreements, and any commercial operation both in Italy and of a transnational nature; both contractual and extra-contractual civil liability inherent to any matter directly or indirectly connected to commercial activity, both within EU countries and outside the EU, including liability for non-payment in commercial operations, in insurance matters, liability in transport , from loss and theft of goods, injury to third parties connected to accidents, including naval ones.
