Avv. Bartolomeo Falcone
Born in Caltavuturo (PA) on 1 July 1967. Graduated in Law on 6 December 1990 from the University of Palermo.
- Member of the Bar Association since 26 May 1994.
- Member of the Register of Supreme Court Lawyers.
On 5/01/1995 he founded together with the lawyer. Giovanni Babino the Babino & Falcone law firm, later with the entry of new partners, Babino, Falcone & Falcone Avvocati Associati.
In the following years he was particularly interested in issues of civil, corporate and bankruptcy law, labor law, especially connected to accidents at work and banking law. He has been nominated several times by the Judges
Delegates of the Bankruptcy Section of the Court of Milan, as a lawyer for some Bankruptcies with assignments of extrajudicial and judicial assistance and procedural defenses before the judicial magistrates.
He has participated in numerous arbitrations, in some cases as a lawyer for the parties, in others as a member of the Arbitration Panel.
Speaker at some legal seminars regarding bankruptcy matters.
Member of the Board of Arbitrators of Banca P.M.I. S.p.a. of Bergamo.
